DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR CARPET. If you decide you have to go to carpet mill and you get Kyle Jurasek, ask for someone else.
They say they will match prices, they won't. I got a quote from home depot for their premium carpet, and they wouldn't even match that. We ended up going with them anyways since they said they could put the carpet in in two weeks. A month later, we get a call from Kyle Jurasek because he lost measurements, and needs to redo it to get us carpet.
When they FINALLY get in with the more expensive carpet, they only have orders for one of the floors, and I have to call and fix

The salesperson was very helpful. Have yet to receive my flooring though, despite being told it was due to arrive sometime last week.
Was able to talk to the same nice salesman ( Kyle?) who was able to track down what happened to my order. Will increase the stars based on Kyle's helpfulness. Still holding back a star since I can't judge a product I don't have. The request for a review before the product was delivered made me worried that my flooring had been misdelivered somewhere else.

We did not have a good experience with Carpet Mill. We purchased hardwood flooring, quartz countertops and tile backsplash from them. First, they sent one person to install 1800 square feet of flooring. It took him four12 hour days to do the job when it was supposed to take three 8 hour days. We paid them to move the furniture and to dispose of the carpet. The furniture was left in the middle of every room so when we tried to move it back, the floors were scratched. They did replace the scratched pieces but if the job had been done correctly in the first place. They also used our rented dumpster

Absolutely terrible experience; I've never felt so screwed.
Zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero customer satisfaction.
I was billed in full and still have a room that was never touched. I couldn't get them rescheduled (Installers no-showed), couldn't get a refund, nothing. I never even received a receipt, warranty info, nothing.
Seriously, go anywhere else.
I wish and Carpet Mill a great misfortune.

This company scheduled an install, never showed up, claimed the installer called twice that morning (they did no such thing- it's 2018, we all have call logs on our phones) and when we told them we were up waiting since 6 am with no phone calls, the manager Larry had the nerve to tell us we should have answered our phone, that he wasn't sure when he had another date open. Just the beginning of their unique brand of customer service! After asking to speak to regional managers about the treatment, store manager miraculously found a random guy they sent all by himself to install 800 sq feet

My husband and I just competed a two story complete carpet replacement. We couldn't be happier with the service, the product and the install. Everything was great. The folks at carpet mill helped us carefully determine our carpet selection, which I was very nervous about because for us it was a big investment for almost 2000 sq feet. They were patient and kind. The install went great as well. We actually live on Littleton. They were even flexible with our schedule, and stayed late to ensure that the work was done. We worked with Carpet Mill in Aurora based on a friend recommendation

Clearly I should have read the reviews before coming to this place. I walked into this location and there were two employees and one manager sitting at their desks. Both employees immediate started squabbling about not wanting to help me because it wasn't their turn to help the next customer. There were no other customers in the showroom so I stood there for a few minutes watching them fight over who didn't want to help me more. Then the carpet viewing process was pretty seamless. I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran who has been ill for 40 years. Yes that is a long time and has been extremely difficult to deal with. I bought a small condo with money from my parents estate and now it needed carpet. I looked around at several locations and decided that I would get some estimates from the Carpet Mill Store on Quincy/Parker Road. We ordered our carpet from the Carpet Mill salesman who came to our house with samples, Greg Cheatwood. The carpet came on time -- we carpeted two bedrooms,two closets, a living room, a dining room, and a few hallways. Only 2 years later, we had rolls of carpet here and there, which meant the carpet needed to be re-stretched. I had asked Greg about this before we purchased, and he said that we had a "Lifetime Carpet Installation Guarantee," and they would come back at any time to re-stretch it, if needed. Any time!! I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs to buy flooring or carpeting as their customer service is terrible and they do not stand behind their product. I bought expensive carpeting from them and it started to look worn after 6months; it took almost 3 months for them to send someone out to look at it and they told me it was just too bad and that it was normal wear and tear. We have 1 cat and no children in our house so it was ridiculous. I had the carpet dhampooed and treated and even the carpet cleaners couldn't believe it!
