We used All City Floor Co to bring some life back into our original hardwood floors. They sanded it down and stained to the color of our choice, and we could not be happier! The floors look absolutely beautiful and we love it! The team at All City was extremely responsive and quick. They were always on time for our appointments (and sometimes even early). Would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

I have used All City more than once for both my own home and clients' homes. The refinish work has always been done timely and cleanly! George always shows up on time, is patient with questions and stain choices, and is a fountain of knowledge. The baseboards and trim - even in the closets were clean and not one splash of stain or brush of the sanding machine. 7 years later for one house and well over 10 for the second house - we still get comments on how beautiful and shiny and clean looking the floors are.

We needed newly installed stairs stained + sealed. My contractor + a friend both recommended All City. All City damaged the stairs by applying stain color samples directly to the stairs. The employee said don’t worry, they sand + remove all the sample stains when they do the work. Also, the employee applying the color samples (not George) seemed to know nothing about adjusting stain color by using tints. He was very polite, but seemed to have a take-it-or-leave attitude about finding the color we wanted. This was January 2020, he may have been replaced by now. We chose another company to do the

We had a great experience with All City. The staff was wonderful from Leigh Ann in the office to the guys in the field and the manager. The team stayed on schedule and there was very little dust to manage after the project. We had 3,000 square feet of hardwood sanded, patched and re-stained and it really looks great. Pricing was on par and there were no surprises. Dom and Alex often stayed late working to make sure the project was completed on time. Great overall experience and would recommend to friends.

I recently used All City to replace my first floor and stairs with hardwood. I was very choosy about the color, wanting something quite light in color. The project took 2 1/2 weeks but SO worth it! Each crew of workers had a special skill and took great pride in their craft! They worked tirelessly to get everything just right and have also returned to button up a few details. I highly recommend All City! The mess of sanding was far less then I expected, as they hung plastic all around which partitioned off other areas of the house. I am thrilled with the final product!!

I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and communication received from All City Floors throughout my project. They had fix a bad installation and finish job from another company, and they did so efficiently, affordably, and the final product is beautiful. I hired All City Floors to refinish my existing red oak flooring. I was stunned at the difference between the former unattractive orange-yellow color and the now beautiful shades and texture of natural oak that All City coaxed from my 50+ year old wood floors. All city floor company has been amazing to work with. They stained all of our hardwood stairs treads. Not only were they able to match our existing floors but the stair treads look better than when we originally built the house. They were responsive, on time and on budget. I had carpets removed in two rooms and replaced with hardwood floors. I also had the floors in the main part of my house sanded and stained to match the bedrooms. I am very pleased with the finished project. It was a costly job but these guys earned every penny from ripping out the existing carpet to gluing down new floors to sanding and helping me choose the stain. They arrived on time, protected walls and closets from dust, left everything neat as a whistle and finished the job on the appointed day.
I highly recommend them.
