Owner, Carla Roden, is the operator and manages all aspects of the customer interaction including estimating, sales, ordering, and scheduling.
Residential carpeting typically has taller pile and a fairly loose loop design; combined with a top rated carpet pad and this will produce the plush feel that homeowners want from their flooring. Durability and economy are the most important priorities when producing commercial flooring. Commercial material generally has a short pile and tight looping, providing it with the density needed to spring back under pressure.

Carla, and Interiors of Colorado, is a wonderful company with whom to do business.
The basement in my home is my dream basement. Floors are spectacular, beautiful. Carla created a dream space for me.
During the project, a family emergency arose while her work crews were here, and Carla, being of high integrity, only hires crews of the same integrity. I had to leave the house, and leave the house key with the workers. If I need to do that again, I would feel comfortable and safe, secure doing so, because of the honesty of the workers and honesty of Carla and the people with whom she surrounds

I wanted to share what a nice experience I had. Been saving for 2 years for my new carpet and refinishing my hardwood floors. Very pleased with their workmen who went out of their way to assist me moving some heavy furniture. Did an incredible job with the carpet. INCREDIBLE!
On the oak floors they desperately needed sanding after 20 years of being lived on with pets and a rental for 3 years. Decided to go a darker color and am I ever happy. Thank you for making my home LOVELY. It's was a tough experience with the sanding and the smell, but I left home with my dog and kitty while the hardwood

Recently we had some carpeting replaced before putting our home on the market. Carla was amazing! She understood our needs and helped us find the right solution. She answered all of our questions and we had amazing communication throughout the process of picking out the carpet all the way through installation. Her installers were polite and courteous. We could not have asked for a better experience! To top things off, agents who toured the home called our agent to find out about who did our carpets! Everyone was impressed by the quality! I would NOT do business with this company. The owner is temperamental, inflexible and extremely difficult to work with if you have needs that are not suited to her whims. To be transparent, I teach & therefore, cannot talk on the phone during the day, but I can text & email. This has nvr caused a problem with the other numerous contractors I've worked with for years. Anyway, I had worked for months with Carla to coordinate the reparation of my kitchen floor after an ice maker leaked and caused damage.

Met with Carla about refinishing our basement floors. She gave great advice on how to handle the slope on our floor and on what materials to use. She brought by samples and we were able to select a color that matched our main floor hardwood. We scheduled with them after getting a number of quotes and finding Carla to be the most complete and being able to handle our whole job. Our job is/was somewhat unique. It is a phase project and the second phase will include re-carpeting the stairs. What I found was that most companies could only do the vinyl laminate hardwood or the carpet. Carla's team

I'm very impressed with the service and professionalism Carla provided us for the installation of our new kitchen floor. We weren't sure what the process would be and she explained what we should expect. She also provided several samples and was quick to share her insight to help us consider the best material to use for our budget. Everything went smoothly and communication was clear. I just moved from Los Angeles to the Denver area and am now realizing that my Yelp review for this lady, Carla Rodan is probably the only honest one. It's shame because I have several people on Nextdoor.com and lots of neighbors in general asking me who did my floors and instead I have to tell them who not to use. The thing is, they all seem aware of this company anyway and I shrug and say, "well, I didn't know". Don't use this company, I tell them and here is why. The floors look good

Carla did a great job helping us get our floors done in the new house. I really wanted to give 5 stars because the process went really well but I had to take a star off because she didn't get the floors done in the time she had quoted. This ended up not being a big deal for us but it was a little disappointing. I would definitely work with Carla again if I needed anything done with the floors in my house.

We had decided on a nylon carpet since we had used polyester in the past and found that it wore out too fast, but didn't know which one. Carla came over with some samples and helped us find the right match. The carpet looks great! Installation was prompt, courteous and done within a week. (Other installers were backed up 3 to 4 weeks!)

Carla was great. She was easy to schedule a time to visit our house and give us a free estimate on the carpet. Even when we had to reschedule because my daughter got sick, she was super easy going.
I loved her selection of carpets; she had exactly the carpet type I was looking for - as well as several other options. Carla definitely has an eye for color and helped us pick out a carpet color that would work for our walls. I'd just repainted and didn't want to paint again so it was important to find a color that not only worked with our walls but also would work with kids and pets.
