They seemed trustworthy based on review, and what I know working w/ them, boy was I wrong!
They never show up again as promised and neither did they call; I gave them a wk but did not hear from them and had to call them up to find out; Max (owner) said he had surgery and would be out for a few wks; after a few wks, had to call him AGAIN; said he couldn't work and need 3 mos recovery; I said what about 5 mos later, he said he didn't know and hung up.

Max is a true professional. He was always on time, worked hard yet efficiently. He takes great pride in his work. He installed wood floors in my entire first floor. I asked him to do a parquet floor at the bottom of the stairs. It came out so beautiful! I would highly recommend Max .

You may be surprised with this review compared to other reviews, it's the reason why I chose them, but it's the truth what I'm about to say...
Max Flooring, LLC in Denver, ph 720-280-6633, does not care for customer service nor responsibility; they were not very detail in their work, somewhat sloppy, they didn't check their work thoroughly to make sure it's done; they did 75% of the work and asked for 90% of payment, but promised to come back a few days later to complete the work. Max was incredibly professional! Him and his team helped me with my flooring. Prior I had hired someone who stained my floor poorly, but Max really helped me understand the flooring process and was such a great person to work with! He pays attention to all of the detail of the wood work and he uses the top of the line equipment and products! I highly recommend him if you need to get your floor repaired. We were left in a lurch by a previous contractor who abandoned the work after sanding our wood floors. We are so grateful that Max and his team responded swiftly in our time of need and they did such a wonderful job! He and his team would turn up promptly each morning and have been nothing but professional. Compared to the first contractor, Max's team's sanding work left very little dust, as promised. He made it a point to fill up all gaps and we could not be happier with the results. We highly recommend his services!

Max is professional and a really nice guy to work with. My floors look beautiful. He is very responsive to what the homeowner wants for their project. He did my stairs which are old and narrow and turn a narrow corner and they came out beautifully. He also did my entire first floor in hickory and am super happy with it. Makes my 1893 home look new(ish) ;-).

Max and his team did a great job adding flooring to my new kitchen and repairing a job on my stairs. He kept to his estimate which i felt was very reasonable. Max always kept to our schedule and I felt went beyond my expectations especially on the stairs, by painting the risers. I would highly recommend this business.

Max gets my full endorsement! He was fairly priced, worked within my schedule, offered water-based finish, and did a fantastic job as well! The work he did really brought the house together. And possibly the best part, no dust! Would use again in a heartbeat—but probably not needed since I just got my floors finished, ha!
