Lacking in customer service. I had some leftover hardwood (~150 sqft) from my basement project that was sitting in my bedroom taking up space. I called ahead to see if I could return it. Their response was " if it is an unopened bundle, we will take it back" so I load up the 6 bundles (over $300 of value) and drive over. Mind you, these are heavy and not easy to lift.
They refuse to give credit, saying they cannot find the purchase in their system. I showed them my credit card receipt to no avail.

We had an unfortunate situation where our engineered wood floors failed (de-laminated) in a big way. We had to have the floors totally replaced and the store that sold us the floors handled the situation terribly. Palo Duro went to bat for us to get us a refund on the product and a discount on the replacement. We are extremely grateful and would definitely recommend them to any customer or store!!
