I am a retail flooring store owner and discovered today that Daltile is selling products fraudulently. They are selling tile by the square foot and including grout line space in your purchase price/requested square footage. For example, I paid for 23.92 square feet of tile, but only received 20.24 square feet. Daltile manager said its because they box and sell the products including the recommended grout line for the product. You are paying for AIR. That is flat out lying, cheating, stealing. This will not be the end of it...

These guys are jokers! I ordered 20 ft.² of a mosaic hexagon with a bronze inlay. I am in real estate and design is important to me so the bronze inlay was bringing out the accents in the gas range in the home. It was the whole reason for going with that particular tile in the first place. The minute that bronze touched water it completely wiped… clean from the tile now making the tile all white and losing all character to the design. I was trying to be a champ about this and asked for some monetary reimbursement and if they could possibly secure the paint and I would go through and

I recently purchased 3 slabs of Taj Mahal from this company totalling over $8500 in material. When one broke from having an inlaid stress fracture they refused to even return the other 2 that havent been touched. Worst company to deal with. Stay away!

Mechanicsburg, PA store - Worst customer service. Have been waiting on kitchen backsplash and shower tile for months. Keep getting different delivery dates and they refuse to share tracking/shipping numbers, which tells me they have no idea where my orders are. You constantly get a run around at this store. Management and staff are NOT customer centric.

I purchased several hundred feet of Revotile. The tile has a bow in it which made installation difficult for my contractor. Had a representative from Hartford Ct location come inspect the floor before competition and his response was it was a manufacturing issue. When the floor was completed had him come again because of concern that the grout… would crack because of the bow in the tile. His response was the grout should be flexible enough to allow for the bowing of the tile but a few tiles which are really bowed may need to be replaced, he would be in touch with grout manufacturer and get

As a truck drivers perspective. I had to give at least one star to write a review. They depend on outside trucking companies to move there products across the country to one warehouse from another. I have had more than one experience hauling there freight and the last one takes the cake. They gave me a 430 pm appt time to be loaded in Oklahoma. Was on the property at 1100 am. They finally put me on a warehouse door at 406pm. Having to deliver in Maryland at 230pm on Wednesday.
