They sent 4 people, 2 worked on installing the furnace, and the AC unit and 2 to determine where the new ducts would go and install them. All of the workers were kind,, courteous and helped each other as needed.They explained every thing they did according to the agreement, wanting to make sure we knew that they did what we requested, and if something was different they explained why so we underrstood. They did a great job!!!

My 70 year old mother spend 3500 dollars on air conditioning unit back in april of 2021. The Dawson Company said, they would get everything working because it's brand new air system. Since then, the system has not being working at all. My mother has COPD and CANCER and HEART FAUILURE and ASTHMA. This company is very unprofessional and they have been out to our house 3 times since April and they said they would need more money. I don't understand if we spend 3500 for the system and its not working why would we have to spend 500 hundred dollars extra. My more has been in the hospitilized twice in

My mom's furnace was dying on March 31st and it was cold in her house! The furnace died on April 1st, and Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning, worked their schedule to fill her in right away! Their professionalism and promptness really made a huge difference in going with their business! I also want to add that they are reasonably priced and are not out to take your money!
