This business was recommended by Sutter Home and Hearth for a chimney sweep prior to insert installation. I left a message on October 18 - no return call. I called again on October 26 and was told the soonest it could be scheduled was December 3. No problem...I completely understand the delay and told the scheduler that. The inserts were delayed by 2 months so I thought, no sweat. Today is December 3. There were a no-show. I called and was told we were not on their schedule. Now we cannot get a chimney sweep until AFTER we are scheduled to have the inserts installed. I let Sutter Home and Hearth

I searched for months trying to find a contractor who would even give me a bid on my very high off the ground and frankly scary chimney cap rebuild. Finally found these guys specifically Brandon, who gave me a very reasonable bid and advice. They followed through with a great job which included new siding and trim.. these guys aren't just chimney sweeps!

A-Clean Chimney provided an extremely professional experience from start to finish. They found a great time to complete my chimney sweep and when another job fell through notified me about the open time so we could finish it sooner. During the cleaning, they were very friendly, clean, and efficient. After this experience, I will be doing all my future chimney sweeps with A-Clean.
