I had a terrible experience with this company, which was disappointing after all the good reviews. I called them for a very specific problem (smoke going from one flue to the other and back into my house) with my chimney and asked if they could help. They said they could and sent someone out for an inspection. The person came out, I re-explained the problem, and he said he would take a look. The "inspection" was about a 20 second look in the fireplace and up the chimney. He said I should have the chimney swept. I asked if this would fix my problem. He said no. I asked if he could address my problem

I called them for a chimney sweep and was surprised to get an appointment within 2 weeks when other companies were booked out 2-3 months. My husband and I recently bought a house and we needed a professional to clean our gas fireplace as well as realign the logs. We were able to get a quote on the phone which included everything and it was a LOT cheaper than the quotes from other companies in the area. Mike was our service tech and he was awesome!! He was on time, very professional and walked me through each step which was very helpful. Our fireplace now works perfectly and we are very thankful!
