Steve Gibson came by today to examine several large Sequoias in my smallish backyard in a residential area. Gentlemen's Tree Service is AMAZING. And Stephen Gibson is a true gentlemen arborist who knows his stuff. I was in a bind time-wise and Stephen fit me into his tight schedule. First of all, he was incredibly responsive to my email query, then came over the same day to view the tree that needed to be removed (a three story cherry tree that was split and leaning in a small backyard with part of the bottom trunk embedded in a fence over two properties). Steve Gibson is a rare find. Totally professional, no-nonsense. Safe and fast. No legit operation under-bids him. I once worked in the field as a "ground man" for a climbing Arborist.One of Steves advantages is that he has invested in a crane as well as the usual climbing gear and chipper/truck. This gives him more ability to safely and quickly remove huge chuncks of tree, putting him ahead of the crowd. Oh, and did I say that I have yet to see any licensed (CCB#) guy beat his prices!

Gentlemen'sTree Service (Stephen Gibson) did an excellent job of tree trimming and removal of many trees from difficult terrain and in the face of other complications not of their making. This was a big job that required hauling of three full truck loads of debris. His crew cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The bid was reasonable - the best of three that I received. I was more than satisfied with the work done and would use this company again without hesitation.

Not cool for an employee to bring his young, 70lb dog to a job site; and allow the dog to run unrestrained through neighbors' yards all day. All dogs in my neighborhood abide by the leash laws. When the owner was asked by numerous people to control and restrain his dog, the owner would start an argument yelling at dog owners trying to walk their dogs. After almost a full day of this behavior, my elderly neighbor with his equally elderly dogs tried to protect his small dogs from the huge dog that came running at them from 3 houses away; and across the street. Stephen and his team did a fantastic job removing a tree and several overgrown arborvitae and shrubs. I live in a townhouse and so the work had to be done in tight quarters and he was extremely considerate of my neighbors' property. His pricing was very good and he was extremely efficient in getting the work done in timely fashion. I highly recommend him.

We have a large tree that lost some big limbs during the last wind storm. The other services that came out to give us an estimate said the tree needed to be taken out. GTS said we could save the tree, gave us an estimate for cleaning up the hazardous limbs/branches, and hauled away the debris from the wind storm. All the guys were hard workers, and respectful of the neighbors yard that is covered by the tree. They truly were Gentlemen and I appreciate the commitment to their namesake.
