1-2-22 Thank you Dignity for your help these past few years. Jonathan at Dignity is professional, efficient w his work, knowledgeable & skilled in many levels of plumbing. He has cleaned our 3 Rinnai tankless heaters, added 3 arresters to our new home, installed the Kohler motor for our steam shower, fastened and insulated the pipes in the attic. Upcoming is a jammed garbage disposal and install of some gas con-stab fittings. And, what's pretty special is witnessing Jonathan grow and mature into his career. From the estimate to the end of job, the service was phenomenal. Absolutely satisfied as a customer and I would definitely recommend. I had a water main leak and had to tear up my entire front yard to include pavers and landscaping. These guys are so good, it doesn't even show anyone did any repairs. I did some research on locating a plumber beforehand and decided to go with Dignity Plumbing after reading the reviews etc. I requested an appointment online and I was contacted immediately and had it booked in no time flat. I received frequent updates as to the status of my appointment as well as the technician's name and arrival time. The technician Brian was on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Antonio arrived within a few hours of my calling for service. Friendly greeting at the door. I explained what I needed and he started working right away. He kept me informed as he completed each repair. The caulking in the shower was a little sketchy, but much better than I could do. He explained the warranty available prior to leaving. I was very satisfied with his work and would use this company again.
