I had a young man by the name of Brian come to my house and just made a complete mess I called supervisor by the name of Danny made it worse basically side with the employee. She said that I was combative after I tried talking to him call me and explain to him what I had experienced with his employee but he blew me off. Now I'm hoping to talk to mr. Today was the worst experience of my life I had a guy by Brian Shipley come out to my house and make a total mess all over my home. On top of trying to communicate with them over the phone they decided to act like they couldn't hear me. At the moment I have water all over my kitchen I'm worried that water damage and mold is going to create. I would not recommend these guys at all not even for the smallest service the gentleman Brian was asking for $400 cash up front I asked them for what he don't want to answer the question I asked him to call his boss he said no. Yesterday my water heater went out. I verified it was 100% covered by warranty. I called Atlas Plumbing for an estimate to do a swap out. They would only offer an estimate if I was buying a new one. I explained it was on warranty but nope no estimate. They said they had one in stock and would come today ( next morning) and would then give the price to install. It is the day before Christmas so I was in a bind. I was astounded the price was $800.00! With family coming I was stuck and told them I thought the price was too high. It took Danny less than 50 minutes to swap it out. No parts, all labor

We used Atlas when doing our home remodel a couple of years ago and were very satisfied. So, when it came time for a simple repair recently we thought we would call on them again. WOW! There estimate for the repair was TWICE as much as Innovative Plumbing! Needless to say, we went with Innovative and were very happy with the work AND the price.

I urgently needed a commode cleared. I called on a Thursday and was scheduled for Saturday morning. Their tech had a family emergency and I was rescheduled for the afternoon. Eric arrived on time and handled the clog quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Supported Sat appt to replace my tankless hot water system. Danny spent 8 hours to finish the job, sacrificing his Sat night to restore my hot water. Best plumbing company in the LV Valley - Danny and Atlas Plumbing well deserving of 5 stars from me - wish I would have found them earlier. Experienced 3 costly, low quality predecessors over the past 20 years that I've lived here. Atlas is first rate!

Atlas Plumbing did a superior job with the plumbing issue that our friend had at her house. Our friend, who is 100 years old, asked for our help in locating a good honest and reliable plumber. Atlas was very accommodating in working with us and the tight schedule we had since we had to return to our home in Denver in 3 days. Their technicians, Danny and Augustine, worked until after darkness to get the job (replacement of main water line) done in time. Do NOT believe their website advertising "honest and fair pricing". I had a disconnected pipe, not a broken pipe, but it became disconnected from the fitting. They charged $625 for a job that took less than 1 1/2 hours, and used maybe $100 in materials...I am being VERY generous with the $100. That comes to a rate of $385 per hour!! Believing that the plumber made a mistake in the repair cost, I called their office and they stood by the charge. The owner didn't even have the courtesy to take my call. Plus they will not warranty their work..Shame on them for taking advantage of senior citizen. BUYER

Before the job was completed, I received a phone call from Atlas asking me to click on a link from the finance company to Start their payment Process. At the time I was unaware that was actually authorizing their final payment !!
After mistakenly authorizing the payment the crew left without completing the job because

My experience has not been the best with this company. I called 2 weeks ago on a Monday because I had a water leak. They came the same day gave me a quote and they came the next day to fix the broken pipe I had in my front yard. I was told they could not close everything up until it pass inspection. Which I totally understand but it pass inspection last weeks. And I called so they can come and finish the job. I was told they would call me back. It was 10:00 pm when I discovered water on my garage floor. I called Atlas Plumbing and within minutes Danny Llyod called me back to tell me he was on his way. He arrived by 11:00 with a new water heater. He finished draining the old one, removed it and installed a new one. He was professional, polite and answered all my questions. I felt the price was reasonable. I would definitely call Atlas Plumbing again.

These guys are a little expensive but they appear very professional and know what they are doing.
I just bought a property and was worried about a potential leak behind the kitchen sink. They came, checked for a leak, and gave me a quote for the other work that I was trying to do.
The quotes were mostly reasonable (but on the higher side), but for some reason they wanted $350 to install a kitchen sink strainer basket. That seemed way too high.
If you are looking to spend more money and want the work guaranteed, these guys are the right guys for you.

I was fortunate to be introduced to Mr. Danny Lloyd The Plumber. I had a break in my Water Main Line. Thank God Danny was available to fix the problem. I saw all the amazing reviews about Atlas Plumbing and I really wanted to use them to fix my sink. I call them up and the person helping me doesn't really see to know what is going on which was a little annoying but hey I'm not here to talk, I need some plumbing services. Once we found a day that would work for them to come out she lets me know that they charge a $145 fee to come out and it does NOT go towards the work being done I though I heard wrong so I asked if I had heard right, that they would charge me $145 to come out on top of whatever the work is, not included in the price

The minute I met our plumber at the door, I knew the right person showed up. First of all, the company sends you a profile on the plumber coming to your house so that you have an idea who is showing up. I personally appreciated that service because I always wonder who I'm meeting at the door.
Second of all, if you want integrity and no b.s., this is the company to work with. Spencer was attentive, he listened, and had the right solutions. He was a man of integrity and very diligent at his repairs. He was knowledgeable beyond

Our Tech Spencer was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable in his craft. He replaced our outdated shower fixture and replaced a very corroded bath drain that had to be cut out, while avoiding damaging the pipe underneath. It was a huge success!
