The owner of the company lied to old republic saying that he did have a leak detector at my property when in reality he did not have the proper equipment and did not do anything and he only looked around. Also his receptionist tried to convince me to break my bathroom floor without them knowing where the leak was coming from. I told him "There is no way I am allowing this" Then the owner of SNAP called me 5 minutes later and started to threaten me by saying that he will "show up at my house and show me who he is." If you are reading this stay away from this company for your own safety.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Poor customer service. Had problems with a new install from day one. It took two weeks to finally get a response. No follow up. No compassion or regard for my concern. I finally had to call in an electrician to fix the problem. Do not call this company for anything!

Unbelievable. these idiots were sent out by our home warranty company to fix a slab leak in our master bathroom, they supposedly bypassed the leaking pipes and ran new pipes through the ceiling. the leak never stopped so we had them come back out to take a look. after two more trips out to our house they deduced that we needed to repipe the entire house, that our home warranty wouldnt cover it (which is true) and were unable to explain why the leak was still happening in the same spot. needless to say we got a second opinion and within 30 seconds of looking at their "work" the second plumber said

IF I COULD PUT -5 STARS I WOULD....TYPICAL A/C COMPANY WITH ALL THE EXCUSES UNDER THE SUN...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....ZERO COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER.....THEY ARE TERRIBLE ...THEY ONLY HAVE 2 TECHS AND ONE OF THEM I CALLED WHEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT MY HOUSE HE WAS HOME. NO COMMUNICATION TO TELL THEM WHATS GOING ON....GOING ON 6 DAYS WITH NO A/C STILL.....ASKED FOR OWNER INFO....THEY WOULDNT GIVE IT!!! GOTTA LOVE THAT.....TYPICAL GARBAGE SERVICE!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
