This company does not value their customers. My bathtub was leaking and my insurance company approved to change the gauge, when the tech opened up he found that the pipe was frozen and needed to change the entire pipe. He left me with my bathroom looking like the picture below and left do to insurance approval he said they would fix it asap once insurance approved the job. I paid them service fee which was a big mistake! When I called the insurance company they’d said that the company had closed the case and that they did not sent any additional approval. Great reliable company. Maria was extremely helpful when scheduling me and informative. They were able to accurately pinpoint my plumbing issue and fixed it the same day. The technician, Jeremy , was able to work with my warranty company during the visit and charged me what he and my warranty quoted me. Highly recommend this company if you are out here in Vegas.

Loved working with this company! Was so nice to work with a company that was professional and efficient. I had a situation late in the night with my water heater leaking all over the place. I had my Warranty company assign me a company who couldn't come out until 2 days later.
Luckily they switched vendors and OSP plumbing came out the very next morning with a water heater already in hand. I was so shocked how fast everything was because normally these companies make us wait multiple days ( even for emergencies)
Long story short we got a new water heater and can finally bathe!

I use a home warranty service for a rental house. I've had a couple plumbing issues lately and OSP was assigned by warranty company. Most recently, the garbage disposal quit working (non-emergency). OSP scheduled a visit within a day or two of filing the claim. The day of the visit, Plumber Jason called ahead & asked if he could come early due to a cancellation. Yes, of course. He is excellent and had the disposal working within a short time.
