Mike was on time and very pleasant to work with, I appreciated Mikes expertise when it came to my water heater. I definitely wasn’t happy to need a service on my 2 year old system but I believe Mike fixed everything and I shouldn’t have anymore issues.

We purchased a Puronics Water Softner system a few years ago and was told by the rep that Ameritech would service us and just call them when needed. Well that turned into the rudest experience I ever had. The people in California who you call to set up an appointment make you feel like they have no time for you, while the local service tech does not even come to your house, but claims you live to far, but instead sends a friend who did not know what he was doing! Just after I felt cheated into buying an unserviceable water softner, I find Focus Plumbing!

Mike W. showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my garbage disposal to reconnect it and having it work properly again. He also gave me tips and suggestions to get the best use out of it too. He explained the billing and was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend this firm as they were very professional from beginning to end with all employees I interacted with.

Second time Using Focus Plumbing: My upstairs shower's handle and faucet were accidentally knocked off, which created a leak in the wall and caused water to drip downstairs. I called Focus Plumbing, even though there are several other plumbers in my community. I was contacted within 15-20 minutes after calling their switchboard by Adan. He showed up within an hour and had ALL repairs done within an hour and 45 min. He went above and beyond to fix my shower and restore water to my house. Adan is an excellent plumber and I will definitely call Focus Plumbing again.

I had such a great experience with Focus Plumbing, when I called Marabella answered the phone, she had someone to my home within a few hours and was very professional and cheerful on the phone.
When Adan arrived he was very courteous and professional as well. He was respectful in putting on booties when inside. Adan explained everything he was doing and went over and above in my opinion. I will definitely use this company in the future and request Adan as my technician, thank you for still providing excellent customer service!

Brandon was the plumber who came out to our house and he fixed the problem quickly, but he was also just a very professional and friendly person which made the experience so pleasant! He answered all my questions (and the questions my husband kept texting) and gave us some great advice to keep our plumbing in good shape for years to come which we really appreciated.

The plumber (Landon) was on time, extremely personable, respectful of my home and did a great job within the timeframe he estimated for completion of all repairs. Unlike 2 other companies I called the estimate was not free and the estimate fee was not applied towards my final bill. Even so I was glad to have Landon do the job and I was comfortable with him in my home so that’s why I went with this company over the other 2 companies I got estimates from. Amazing company. My husband was my repairman and I lost him 4 years ago. It is so hard to find good and dependable people these days but Mike is amazing.

Called first thing Friday morning, figuring they wouldn’t be able to get here for a few days and was pleasantly surprised that the technician was coming that day! Our technician Brandon Hubbs was great! He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and did an excellent job replacing our water heater. Focus Plumbing sent a technician over within an hour of my phone call. Adan Ramirez arrived promptly and was professional, informative and very personable. He diagnosed our issue immediately, but presented a couple of scenarios with Focus’ Up Front Pricing schedule so that there wouldn’t be any surprises that may have popped up during further inspection.
In the end, Mr. Ramirez fixed the issue quickly and had nice conversation with me while awaiting the results of the tests he conducted.

I used Focus Plumbing twice in the past 12 months and find their service nothing less than excellent. On both occasions they sent Mike and was on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. His workmanship was the neatest I've seen in a long time. Great company, great employees!

Our home warranty company sent three different plumbers to fix an issue with our tankless hot water heater. They couldn't solve the problem with hot water flow to our tub. Adan Ramirez listened closely and correctly diagnosed the issue as being an incorrect setting. He didn't try to sell us a née hot water heater as one plumber did. I will definitely call Focus first in the future.

We called Focus Plumbing 4 months ago when we had a blockage in our pipes and had a back-up. A gentleman came out the same day, was here about 20min. And the problem was resolved.
Now 4 months later the problem was back but worse. We called Focus Plumbing thinking they were so good last time might as well use them again. They sent a guy out the next day. He was unsure how to handle our situation due to our home being older. It was built in 1964. He spent a good amount of time just wandering the yard looking for a hidden clean out and unable to find one. Then spent over 4 hours trying to clear
