Last week, a water valve began to leak inside my wall, and seep into my carpet. The first plumbing company I contacted, was a massive disappointment, because they never showed up. What a great experience! Not only did Derrick fit us in on short notice, but the repair only took a minute (we had water leaking under our kitchen sink). Such a generous and professional person and company! With contractors as busy as they are these days, it is nice to see that customer service and prompt response are alive and well.

Called on Derrick more than once for minor emergencies and he was great. Solid work and affordable. Calling a plumber can be scary but Derrick is completely professional and honest. We've had an ongoing issue at our home and Derek was the 3rd plumber we've tried. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He explained everything to us and got right on it. The difference was like night and day compared to the others. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues.

We had Fidelity home warranty call American Plumbing & Drain Cleaning to our home. The top bathroom was plugged up. Their quote without doing anything was $665 , regardless of what was done.
My son, 23, said the guy didn't do anything but flush the toilet once.
I feel the prayed on our desperation.
I called Elk Grove Plumbing and Drain come out and $215 it was a clog from about 3 feet away .
This is the biggest robbery attempt i have ever seen in 24 years in owning homes.
Please be smart and call someone else to match a quote with these people

I called American Plumbing & Drain Cleaning out for a water hear installation. I have a narrow space where my water heater goes and after talking with Derrick it was clear that there were a couple options.
Not only did he get me the right part, where other companies I called failed to do. He even installed an air tank to increase the lifespan of the water heater. His expertise and personal service is top notch and he is affordable, coming in less than the other bids for other plumbers in the area.

Derrick helped us with a piping issue as our house has galvanized piping. He offered a quick and affordable fix as we can't afford a complete house re-pipe at this time. The water is back on and our family is more than happy! While at my house, a neighbor can over to ask about there water heater. American Plumbing and Drain was back out on Sat to replace my neighbors heater. So, TWO happy families!! Thanks Derrick!
