The bald clerk is rude. If you don't know the type of pipe or plumbing names you're not going to get any help. Prepare for bad customer service if you're not a plumber.

I came here 10 minutes before they closed, just in time before Josh locked the doors. I explained to him that my shower wasnt turning on the water. I showed him a pictures of the cartridge and he offered me this kit that comes with everything to make a shower faucet. He said he'll refund it if the cartridge dont fit mine at home. it didnt fit. So the next day i decided to take my nonworking cartridge along with the kit he sold me to get a refund. Josh gave me a refund and because he didnt have the cartridge i needed he suggested he add some lubrecated grease on to the little mechanism inside

This is one of the best Supply shops I have ever shopped! This place has a little bit of everything for your plumbing and irrigation needs. The Staff was super knowledgeable and attentive! Where everyone knows your name..

Water rite is a plumbing store. They have everything you might need from pvc to sinks. I come here for pipe an fittings most of the time. Sometimes copper or concrete boxes.

When I walk in they all say hi Ricky. Love that about any place. Josh the shaved head goatee guy is always in a helpful an good mood. Kim is mostly the paper work girl. But she always goes out of her way to say hi.The manager guy makes his rounds to make sure everyone is being helped. Ed the younger guy, often see him doing all the projects an helping in the yard is one of my favorites for

Just came back from Water Rite after being treated disrespectfully there by the middle age white salesman. He and a heavy set woman with bandaids on her face were standing behind the counter and totally ignored me when I walked up. When I asked for help to find a certain item, the middle age man tried to help at first. He then got upset that he could not find it and angrily said, "We're open til 6, help yourself or come back with a picture (of the item)!". I was shocked by his disrespectful tone and as I walked out I said to him, "You have bad customer service, sir."

Worst customer service ever ! I put in a special order pre paid for 1" gas pipe cut and threaded they were happy to take my money! Told me they were short staffed so wouldn't be next day I said ok Monday then. They said no problem. I called them Monday afternoon. Cuzz they didn't call me. Said they were working on it and would call when done. No call. Tuesday am I call they say die broke but getting new one and will be done. No call 1p I call again. Waiting for part. Just a die !!!! Cost me 2days !!!!! Still waiting. Do not shop here !!!!

I am always in need of random plumbing parts and this place always has what I need. Staff is always helpful. If you are in need of speciality parts this is your spot. They also have some stuck of Kitec adapters which is a discontinued pipe that is installed in a lot of North Natomas homes. Keep up the good work.
