This was the only dealership that physically answered the phone and told me to come in the same day. They were swamped and probably should have scheduled me for another day but they got it done. The service department was friendly and made you feel they are supposed to treat customers. Thanks again!

I am not one to leave reviews, but when I do, I’ve definitely been impressed. To be honest, this dealership and their team are AMAZING, and that’s putting it lightly! From day one of reaching out on a vehicle I was interested in, everyone involved was externally knowledgeable and all about their customer. The service people were very pleasant but took 30 minutes to check my truck in in spite of having an appointment. The service was well done and timely but I was very frustrated that after nearly 18 years of bringing my truck for all services, and after the dealership honoring my lifetime free oil changes since the truck was purchased with this option, I was told they would no longer honor it. I was grateful for the discount they did give me.

The service was good but I still do not understand why I the customer had to pay for an oil change on a recall issue. Just another bad move by Fiat! They already have made it impossible to get service done on the car because Chrysler won't work on them, so I drive from Sacramento to Concord to get service and now they informed me come Jan they won't work on them any longer. Talk about bad customer service Fiat is horrible. I called their customer service line yesterday and they basically told me there is nothing they can do for me. It has been so frustrating and upsetting for me to spend 20 thousand

Very dissatisfied with the service at this shop. My car broke down had to wait 3 weeks for a apt. Checked in and was told would need my vehicle for 2 1/2hr. I sat in the waiting room. And a hour later seen that my car was still parked in front of shop. I asked why my car was not being looked at and they moved it into a bay in the back. 1 1/2 hour more I asked the rep if they had a diagnosis yet? I was told it has not been checked yet waiting for mechanic to check it out. Why did I need a apt if my car was not scheduled? Waisted time. Very dissatisfied.....
