Amazing experience with these folks (Fred and Caesar). Trustworthy, patient, and helpful to a T. Got a 2013 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited with 108k miles. They were willing to work with my out of state credit union (MT) which was a relief as I've been with them for 10+ years and had been pre-approved at a solid rate. The car was as advertised, great deal and all. Had a good feeling when I walked in and saw a big Carfax cardboard cutout. The only issues I found were a non-motorized R side mirror and a cloudy rear camera lens, but Caesar gave me advice on how to take care of those things since there

This is your stereotypical car salesman who lies about the condition of the vehicle just to get you to their dealership. I told him I am driving 90 min to buy the car, please be honest, are there any dents in the vehicle? “No” any stains? “No.” It looked perfect in the pictures, in reality the car was so messed up I didn’t bother sitting in it and was so disgusted by his dishonesty that I just left and am posting this to warn future potential buyers. Be careful, “Fred” and Baymotors are dishonest.

I bought a used f150. They delivered it to me in North Bay. Upon first driving it I could see there were issues with the mechanics. They have great communications and took responsibility for the issues. They had me bring the truck to my local dealership for repairs, which they covered the costs. I do recommend them. I will be purchasing a larger truck in the future and Bill Brandt Ford will be getting my business.

Bay Motors is a great used car dealership to deal with. Fred, Cesar, and Nakib are straight forward and they will meet you in the middle. Bay motors will also look for the lowest interest rates without adding additional points for them.

If I could I would rate this place 0 stars. After being in contact with a sales man here, I decided to go check out a Ford Explorer they had for a test drive & see if it really fit everything I wanted. It was perfectly priced for all the features it had & the mileage. I was about to go out of town, so I asked if I could put down a deposit and get it when I came back (6 days later) and the dealership said no problem since a deposit would hold the car for a week. I got back and the next day called in before making the hour drive to check if they could take one of my older cars, and was told

Buyers beware! I drove over an hour to this place after calling and getting the carfax. Carfax reported that the vehicle was clear and no accidents. When we got there, it was very evident the car was involved in an accident. After pointing out the damages, one of the employees confirmed it was involved in an accident. Make sure you ask them before buying anything. They're situated in a parking lot close to body shops.

We bought a very nice Toyota 4Runner just as the statewide shutdown for the coronavirus pandemic began. We love the car. We love the choices that Bay Motors made in selling the vehicle, too. We were met with a box of gloves so that we could protect ourselves, and the business could be protected. Sam wore gloves and a mask through the transaction. This was not a planned purchase, but due to a traffic accident one of our vehicles was totaled. Being in healthcare, it was imperative that the vehicle be replaced. Bay Motors facilitated the sale which allowed us to continue serving in our essential duties
