Very Poor Customer Service. I went there today 8/5/21to look for Lexus GX. One of the sales person called us and told us about that car so we asked him can we come over look at the car and he told us yes So me and my husband went there. When we reached there. There was a sales person Standing next to that car. He didn't even greet us. All he told us that he has appointment with the other customer who were looking at the same car. So my point is when you already have appointment with someone else. So when call the next customer let them them know that you already have appointment. Don't just waste

Great truck buying experience! A no pressure, laid back environment with friendly staff, one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership through the purchase process. Vehicles are priced at market value, and recieved a great price for my trade in! Worked with Allius Hamid who met every request, to include test driving the truck three times, filling the tires to load and even going to get it smogged on the spot when realizing it was due. My wife is due for a car soon we will definitely be going back.

We had an urgent situation occur with the car shortly after signing for it that they carefully and safely worked us through.
