Pleasanton Auto is a great place to get a used car. I found them online and scheduled a test drive after getting approved. I had been searching for a Mercedes C250 for months and they had the exact year and color I was looking for. They keep all of their cars clean & inside of a warehouse which is a nice touch. Very competitive prices with Carfax transparency. Recommended!

I purchased my 2016 Mercedes at a good price and my husband is also thinking about buying a car here in the upcoming weeks as well. The staff is very considerate about keeping everything clean and sanitized during the pandemic. Other dealerships that we visited barely even enforced wearing face masks but we are thankful how much these gentleman care about our health and safety.
As for the car, I am in love with it and cant stop driving it. I sometimes catch myself taking the long way home just for those extra few minutes behind the wheel. Thank you Spencer and Craig.

They were recommended to me through a co worker after totaling my car earlier this month. They took their time to help me with applying to a credit union since I was no longer a member of one. Went there to look at a 2015 Toyota Tundra but wasn't impressed as it had cheap tire the bottom looked rusted even the tow hitch. The main issues is this truck had 3 owners in the past 5 yrs ..one which is possibly a Fleet vehicle. Found metal shaving in the back seat area.. which tells me either they didn't clean it or the did some metal work back there.
Other reason was no Warranty what so ever. I saw this on most of the vehicles in the warehouse.
I also got a call 2 hrs later that it had been sold but it's still listed on their website! It's a nice way of saying we dont want you back as your

I recommend this dealer. They are friendly and go out of their way to welcome buyers. I pre qualified online and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. All of the cars look new and everything is stored inside of a gorgeous showroom. A hidden gem in the east bay if you ask me.
