Everything was fine up to a year later when i wanted to trade in the car i was told the car had an accident on the car fax i was sold the car with a report that had no accidents on it car fax that said the car was clear of accidents and the BMW dealership tells me that a year prior to my purchase there was a record on the Carfax of damage to the front end the cars value because of this in no where near what the purchase should have been cant do anything about it now i bought it

Just closed a deal and quite happy about how everything was handled by Hector and Nick, considering there were minor issues with the car that were not expected. Had to come back to get them addressed and all went well, smooth, no questions asked, guys took care of everything, gave me a car to ride and filled me up before letting me go.. cant ask for more)) (i did not negotiate, the deal was decent to start with)

Yesterday I purchased my first vehicle from a dealer. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything. They changed my whole financing deal and never told me until I called to find out why car payments weren’t going through. Also the check engine light came on the next day after I bought a van. Do not recommend!!

Had a good experience purchasing my vehicle. They were fast with paperwork and not pushy from a sales standpoint. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape that was only about a year old at the time and it ran great for about a year until we began having problems. First the gas pump stopped working, then the transmission. Make sure you bring someone that knows about cars before purchasing a used vehicle.

Terrible service and follow-up. Purchased a VW golf in decent shape. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THESE CARS TO A MECHANIC. Thankfully we did and were then able to talk the price down a bit. As part of the transaction, we were told we'd receive the new plates in the mail. Fast forward months later, nothing shows up. I call to ask about the plates, they tell me to take it up with the DMV. Asking how much that costs, they then provide an estimate. I ask if they will pay for it or take care of it, they say it is out of their hands.
I would not do business here again. Plenty of bad car dealerships out there

Hector was low key, friendly, and incredibly helpful. While I didn't find the car I was looking for, Hector took photos of the engine and muffler of the car I was checking out, and he let me use his office computer to email them to my car repair shop to decide whether I wanted a pre-purchase inspection. Saved me $100!

I was in the market for a rare 15 passenger van to convert into a camper van for family trips. I searched craigslist and found that Elias Motors in Hayward had two on their lot.
