Buyers beware, this so-called car shop has no morals ethics or values. They write their own reviews. They ripped me off for over $3000 and one of the owners was there when it happened. Now I know why he didn't look me in the face when the deal was done.Watch out for dealer prep fees they charge you exorbitant prices for stuff they don't even do. Trust me shop elsewhere you can find a dealer who has ethics morals and values. This place doesn't. Buyers beware.

Matthew was able to find us a perfect vehicle, exactly what we were looking for. We bought it sight unseen to have the car shipped to us, as our trust level is very high since he was referred to us through a friend. I was very pleased and satisfied when the car arrived, in beautiful condition, perfect, and better than advertised.

I actually was just browsing for a newer car but ended up buying one from Silicon Valley Enthusiast. Seen a car online and emailed them to see if I could come in and look at it. They responded to my email/request promptly. When I showed up they had the car ready for me to look at and test drive. The staff was super friendly and helpful and Jason Martinez was super patient with me while this was the first time I was by myself purchasing a car. Jason took the time to explain the finances charges etc. so it made the process comfortable for me. Oh yeah the car is GREAT so far. I recommend this company

These guys were great, I’m usually hesitant about dealing with used car salesman because I just don’t like putting up with stuff, but they made my experience easy and smooth also this BMW E46 I bought is one of the best cars I’ve ever owned car was clean, full maintenance records well kept they even threw in a fresh battery for me. I was assured the vehicle had been thoroughly checked. This was a false statement. Both seat actuators were bad, air conditioner charge was at twenty-seven per cent, windshield washer is inoperative, and it has a bad differential. There was only one key which they did not tell me about until after all the paperwork was done and the purchase agreement was made. Unfortunately there's still more to be done. If you have to buy a car here, have your own mechanic look at it first or you could wind up with a lemon as I did.

I came in, test drove a car, made an offer, had the offer accepted, made an appointment to come finalize the sale. I showed up for the appointment - one hour drive to this dealer from my home, which the sales people were aware of, and they had - and they had sold the car. Without so much as a call, email, text.

Rich is apparently the manager and all I have to say is this man is a very moody, unprofessional, and rude person. I can tell he doesn't notice it, because he's very upfront with his choice of words. I feel sorry for their sale associates, because they seem like very decent individuals.
Go to another dealership, this one is not a very friendly one.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales team and their finance manager was very helpful in finding me the best financing available. It only took a couple hours from arrival, test driving, financing, to driving away in my new BMW M235i. Plus, the car was cleaned and fully gassed up right before I left. Our experience with SVE was excellent from the time we walked in the door, to the time we walked out! First of all, I appreciated that most, if not all of their vehicles are enclosed, not exposed to the elements. The sales staff were kind and accommodating when looking for the right vehicle for us. When we finally decided on a vehicle, working with Rich Gerstein, General Sales Manager, was a wonderful experience. He was willing to work with us on pricing, he drew up the contracts in a very timely manner (he knows what he is doing). Rich was friendly and engaging, felt like an old friend!

Test drove a 2013 Corvette GS at there place of business in Hayward this Wednesday June 27th, The Vette is currently advertised on there website and other sites. During the test drive, I noticed the the 6sp manual transmission was very noisy in 1st gear, otherwise loved the car and wanted to buy it, but 1st i asked them if They could take the Vette, that was purchased at auction by the way, to Fremont Chevrolet for an inspection of the Transmission and I was willing to pay a $200.00 fee for it.
