Bobby Mesina was our sales agent that helped us get our Sienna. We really liked the Sienna's new look and finally gave in to owning a mini van, we did our research and went to Dublin Toyota but was disappointed to not even see the look and feel of the car as they didn't have any inventory. Bobby got our number and called us 5 days later and showed us our Sienna XSE sports edition.

Bobby was very pleasant to work with. He answered all our questions and was very accommodating in all our needs.

In addition, this dealership was following CoVid protocol with everyone wearing masks, tables

We drove in to replace a vehicle after my wife was involved in an accident. After searching at different dealers we found that Dublin Toyota had a wider selection of 2022 Toyota Highlanders. It has been difficult for us to find a good vehicle during this pandemics microchip shortage. Bobby Mesina helped us find the right Highlander for us and walked us through the process. We were pleasantly surprised at how well they have prepared their business with social distancing and plexiglass dividers for protection at the tables. Plus everyone was wearing masks. My sister in law bought a car a couple months ago and she opted in for the paint coating. I just washed her car and noticed there was no sheeting or beading. I asked her if they did it and she said ya they put a sticker on the door window and it's some brand called cilajet. So either this coating is no good or they didn't do it. I lean to they didn't do since they didn't prep the paint as you can see iron particles in the paint after I washed it and sprayed iron remover. Do not opt for any coating save your time and money take it to a detailer who will do a professional job

I visited this place for my prius 120k service. The service manager said welcome and he said I will take care of you and give you guys discount. I felt very happy. Finally in the bill he put whatever is menu price and offered no discount. When I asked about the discount he said it's already included in the menu price. What a joke! If he had upfront about this and not making false promises I would have been more happy instead of a disappointment! And service time also took too long. And in the job done sheet no details about individual work items instead it's simple one liner minimum maintenance

I am only giving them a star because Moses was super nice! I bought a car on November 23rd from this dealership. The sales manager stated to me that if I didn't lock in the car that evening by signing the Toyota financial contract, we couldn't proceed with the sale I did present a pre-approval for my Stanford credit union and he preceded to tell me that because it was after hours to proceed an just sign the contract under Toyota financial and when financing department got back after the Thanksgiving holiday they would go ahead and contact the credit union for the financing of the loan. Good fast, responsive, reliable Toyota car service with convenience. They offer free shuttles for dropoff and pickup. But they are on the expensive side and never came out with a double digit tab for any service I made for the last 5 years.

Fairly efficient appointments online and quick check-in. Some of the service writers have attitude issues, some are great. Hit and miss. The work done is the same. I've had excellent service work there, and had my car returned with parts falling off (trunk fasteners and lining falling out after a trunk latch and spring repair).

Took my car here in for service for the first time and everything was ok until I left I kept hearing my dash cam beeping and when I looked down I realized that someone at the dealer had disconnected it. I keep it on at all times especially during a service for my own protection in case anything happens and I have never had a dealership disconnect it. Makes me wonder if anything was done to may car and now I feel uncomfortable in it. People are still gonna go get their car serviced there but just beware it seems sketchy.

Unfortunately I had the worst car buying experience at this dealership. It’s my first Toyota in my life, so I am not sure if it is the same for all Toyota. I bought a car and they promised to have the car ready for me in a couple hours. So I went home and wait for their call. They never called me, so I called and the salesman left and no one knows about my purchase. So I had to wait till the next day and call again. The salesman picked up my call, and said that he could deliver the car to my house. I wait till end of the day, no car, no calls. At 8pm, I called the salesman and said he will deliver

The only Toyota dealer in the area with price markups on top of MSRP. Taking advantage of global Covid pandemic. I believe that's illegal. Avoid such dealers at any cost. Just look around for another dealer. Most of the Toyota dealers do not have price marks up on MSRP.

If your time is important and you are looking for quality don’t come here .
Today I had an appointment at Dublin Toyota for regular maintenance but none of the staff came for about 20 minutes. After I reached out to them, they mentioned they were of short staff and told us wait longer. The staff are not professional, They didn’t respect the line of cars waiting to get their cars fixed and the management is poor.

I looked for a car went to One Toyota in Oakland unfortunately they don't have available car that I like and I made reservation for upcoming car that I like. The same day, I checked to Toyota Dublin and met Bobby Mesina at the parking lot. They had the car that I like just different color but Bobby made a great deal for me. He's very nice and he was very patient with me.

Toyota have good covid precautions, like wearing mask, social distance and sanitation station.

If your looking for reliable car go to Toyota Dublin and if your looking for a reliable person look for Bobby Mesina!

I'm not sure what to think, so I'll leave it to the reader.
First, I was attempting to gain trusts after a 2011 experience in which I really just wanted to test drive a car as I experienced chronic pain making most car seats uncomfortable. The sales pressure was over the top. I ended up purchasing a brand new car that I really wasn't ready for. I said no like 15 times.

This week I went back for a service concern. My radio/back up screen was glitchy.

Came for oil change on Friday afternoon 2pm with online scheduled appointment. The service guy also made an appointment for door gauges repair on the Sunday morning(11-14-2021).
The worst thing happened when I grabbed my truck on 6pm. It HAS Been DONE nothing. I was sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours. And they done nothing.Nobody called me about it.

The GM is unprofessional. We couldn't make a deal happen, which is okay; however, being insulted was our breaking point. The GM told my husband if he picks out my purses for me. We were told they could make something happen and get us in the vehicle we wanted. Okay, we tried and unfortunately they could not. Again, fine. We thanked the rep for his help. If you want to buy a used car from here, do not trust that they will fix any pending issues after the purchase. Once the purchase is done, those so called "Due Bills" mean nothing.

I was naive to trust their promise. After test drive, I would like to purchase the car but found 2 issues - a flat tire and a car seat folding problem. The sales person told me that I could still proceed with the purchase and they would add these 2 pending items to "Due Bills". I'd just need to bring my car back and get the items fixed.

After the purchase, the flat tire was minor so I got it

We had been loyal Toyota customers for more than 9 years and had always taken our Toyota Sienna for regular service to a Toyota Service Centre especially In Dublin Toyota since 2015.

It's disappointing how companies do not value customer loyalty and trade it off for profit and neglect.

It's been almost a year since we had our Toyota Sienna repaired due to the internal damage caused my rodents to our car. Our insurance paid over $8k for the repair that took months to complete. After months of following up with Dublin Toyota, we finally got our car back but was told by one of their service

TLDR; avoid at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

Honestly, don't waste your time here. I know dealerships are infamous for sleazy sales people but this one has got to take the cake. When we first walked in (4/16/21), we were greeted by an associate who let us test drive the car we wanted. This was all fine and dandy, nothing too pushy, very normal. Once we decided that we wanted to start the conversation about purchasing a car, that's when things went downhill. We have been to a total of 8 dealers the past two days. This particular dealership we met with Bobby. Most salesmen went with us on our test drive, except this one which is fine with me. But I did not like the idea of Bobby taking a picture of my husband's ID and hope he deleted it after- I can see problems with ID fraud with this method.

Second, not much inventory in this huge lot. We actually came to see several cars here but ended up only seeing the main one which we actually liked.

First off, allow me to say how absolutely fantastic this dealership is. Everything is clean, tidy and well organized. I have been looking for a Nissan Rogue hybrid for MONTHS. Sohail helped me today with any questions I had about the car. He and Lance helped me find the perfect plan to suit my needs. Once I was decided, Rohan in the financial department helped me get set up only with what I wanted. I have to say, my previous experiences buying a car have been slow and tedious (4+ hours). We dropped by Toyota Dublin with the purpose of only checking out cars before buying and ended up going home with a 2021 Toyota Rav 4.

Look for Bobby Mesina if you want a smooth and stress-free car-buying experience. He was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and, most importantly, we felt very safe as he ensured everything was sanitized, he followed social distancing protocols and wore a mask properly at all times.
