MoldX was recommended by a friend and came to our home. At first they seemed really on the ball. They knew what they were talking about and were able to give us solutions to fix our mold problem. They came out once and started the process. They never finished the job and we were unable to get ahold of them. We called, went by their office, and emailed. We got no response and my husband ended up spending a ton of extra money to complete their job for them. I feel like we paid them a lot of money for us to do the work. To this day we have not heard back from them. We will look elsewhere for future

I discovered that I had a problem with moisture in my crawl space and called MoldX for help. I could not be more pleased with the service. They explained all of the options and served as an advisor as I thought about the best solutions. I decided to invest in the E-Z Breathe System and could not be happier.
When the team did the installation work, they were professional and courteous.
