I was referred to Chris by a neighbor. When I called him, I left a voicemail abd his message said someone will return my call within 24 hours, which is completely reasonable to me. Instead, Chris returned my call about 10 minutes later. He was friendly and professional on the phone. He was able to come test my situation within a few days. He arrived on time & texted me to confirm he was coming. He must have submitted the swabs immediately because I received the results the very next day. I recently called Chris with a mold concern. He happened to be in my area at the time and was actually able to come do mold testing within an hour of my call. Chris was very informative, professional, and call with lab results as soon as they were available. He was happy to answer additional questions that I had and even followed up a couple days in a row. Chris and his team are nothing short of amazing. We operate a property management and construction firm and his business has become invaluable to us.
