Best company ever! I recently had termite damage to my kitchen floor. After pulling up a few boards to find the damage we were left with a hole in the floor while things were worked out with the insurance.… During this time my Nephew who is a United States Marine received his deployment papers. He had planed a fall wedding that would now have to be cancelled. He turned to me for help to plan a wedding in a few weeks so he and his fiancée could be married before he was deployed. One big problem was the hole in my kitchen floor how could I have a wedding all those people and serve food

Virt and the crew just finished up repairs to our home after a devastating water loss during the holidays. I have to admit I was quite unsure of this company after reading (very old) reviews online. My insurance company recommended them and sent someone out right away to start cleaning up and drying my home out. Having asthma, I was concerned about… mold issues moving forward but once everything was dried out, Troy came back in to test moisture readings and even took the time to explain what he was doing to assure me I would have no issues. The repairs did not start as quick as the cleaning

Walker and Frick is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their work is substandard and the workers are unskilled. They began the work without permits and when the city put a stop work order on the house they crumbled it and tossed it. They were unable to bring electrical to code so they removed all the wires from the kitchen. The owner had to… have the wiring replaced. They also removed telephone wires. They attempted to put hardwood down without repairs to subfloor. Painting poorly done. Dry wall not flush. Large gaps under doors creating drafts. Complaints too numerous to complete

Bad Service, Bad Ethics, Poor workmanship. This business is so shady they should be called "Walker and Crooks". They removed a stop work order by the city of Richmond, they took 2 years to complete a home (1400sf) that was only supposed to take 3 months. After our insurance company paid them in full 7 months ago, my family just received a call from Walker & Frick saying they need more money. Crooks!!! Going to the BBB. There is a reason why they have 2 stars on Yelp. Beware!!!
