When electrical fire seriously compromised our historic house, CityLine came in the next day and set up a plan to restore the house and keep the integrity of the historic character intact. They used top of the line products and subcontractors that restored our home to better then it was prior to the fire. Also, during the time spent on location, hurricane Ida occurred and we had water and mud on parts of the first floor. Again, they worked with us promptly to clean up and dry out the newly installed hardwood floors so that further damage would not occur. They continued to answer my questions and

We had a house fire on December 22, 2020 in our large old stone farmhouse. We were fortunate that no one was injured and only two rooms on the second floor and a portion of the attic and roof were totally destroyed. . The rest of the house suffered extensive smoke and water damage and was ‘unlivable’ but relatively intact. We had never been through a house fire and insurance claim before and, on the strong advice of friends, decided to hire a professional adjuster firm to represent our interests in dealing with our insurance company. We were victims of Hurricane Ida with a 1% chance of flooding. On September 2, 2021 we had seven feet of water in the basement and a few inches on the first floor. I could not get anyone to help us in our immediate area. I reached out to Cityline 65 miles away from our home.
A couple of days later the owner personally came to see the damage. They started work as soon as they could to remove over 9,000 pounds of stuff from our basement and start the first floor. They were here everyday with up to 12 people working. 59 days later, they finished. The team did an amazing job. The basement looks great

I am super happy that I hired Cityline after someone drove their car into my garage, totaling my car, destroying my garage, and making a huge mess. They worked directly with my insurance company and took care of everything—they shored up walls and ceiling, inventoried all my damage, boxed up and stored my items, and renovated my garage beautifully (walls, ceiling, floor, doors, plumbing, electrical…), exceeding my expectations.

In the beginning when our house burned down we were devastated. They were respectful and knowledgeable in helping us. They continue helping us with the process by answering the phone no answering machines direct lines of communication with the owner Tom and Marty. They Made us feel comfortable with our decision. I would highly recommend City Line and would use them again.

I contacted Cityliline Construction and within 24 hours, Tom from Cityline was at my home . My experience with Cityline was absolutely fabulous. Contractors this honest are a rare breed in my opinion. I sure hope I won't ever need them..... however if I do, it is a comforting feeling to know that Cityline is the company that I can trust.

Back in October of 2020 I had a house fire that completely cracked all the plaster lathe inside of the hundred year old property. I was overwhelmed with the process and the insurance didn’t give any recommendations as to a contractor to fix up the place. When I got in touch with city line they were over for an evaluation that weekend. Ed, Dana and Chris walked me through the process of it all. They were very helpful with suggestions on how to get the most out of a bad situation. Chris worked with the insurance agent to include some aspects that might have been overlooked in the original estimate

CityLine Construction did a great job renovating our office building that had flood damage from a recent flood. They did quality work and were fair with their pricing, especially compared to the company we had do our flood damage cleanup. I wish I new about CityLine from the start, and could have saved a lot more money using them for the entire job.

City Line has been awesome from the very beginning of my loss. Dana is a compassionate person who during my grief couldn't do enough for me. My first floor renovation is beautiful. Hardwood floors stunning and all the work done painting and new kitchen floor are outstanding. She not only helped me load things into my car but kept me from being bothered. Everyone I dealt with Tom, Ed and met Marty on Friday, were all so wonderful. Even the guys who installed the floor and painting were so kind! Thank you for the beautiful, new 1st floor and also for your kindness and compassion!
