Absolutely excellent people to work with on our home and kitchen remodel.

I interviewed multiple contractors and basement finishing companies for my 1800 sq ft basement project. After the initial meeting with Dave, I felt confident his company would do a great job. From design drawing to completion, communication was excellent. All workers and subcontractors were on time, professional, and meticulous. Project was completed on time and on budget. Smithwell Construction is hands down the best company we’ve ever dealt with as homeowners. In the beginning we met with Dave who was always available for our questions and to provide advice as we developed our plans. When it came to our addition project we worked with Ryan. Ryan and his staff are professional in every sense of the word. Everyone involved was so personable and easy to work with. The addition was very well constructed with high quality materials.
