Primary containment lining systems used to continuously hold harsh process or waste chemicals most likely require more that just a simple hi build coating system. They normally need to be more robust and have enough integrity to not only hold up to the chemical service but also under adverse conditions such as abrasion and thermal cycles over many years.

Many floor coatings are typically two or three coat systems that include a primer, a base or body coat and/or a topcoat. Intermediate body coats may contain broadcast aggregate like sand, vinyl flakes, or colored quartz for added color and texture. Floor systems can be decorative or industrial. Decorative coating systems are pigmented and clear coats of either epoxies, urethanes or polyaspartics or combinations of different polymers.

SSP200 Rapid Repair is the viscosity of water. It penetrates deeply into the capillaries of concrete creating thousands of micro anchor points, effectively mends concrete failures. SSP 200 Rapid Repair is available in 600ml cartridges packaged 6 cartridges per case and two gallon kits. 1:1 ratio liquids in dual 300ml cartridge is applied directly to a crack pre-filled with silica sand.

Superlife 316 is a single component water based paint filled with 316L stainless steel flake. It has incredible dry and cure times and superior adhesion. Many customers paint and ship within 1 or 2 hours. Used extensively by OEM's of medical and food packaging equipment and conveyors. It has exceptional UV resistance and longevity outdoors.
