Zaring just completed a septic repair for us and we are happy with their work. Jack (the technician) is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer questions or concerns. I though their pricing was reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner and without alot of unnecessary disruption of our yard. No one likes having septic repair done, but Zaring made it as painless as possible. Would recommend.

Was charged 85.00 for extra hour of.them being here. Doesn't zaring pay them a hourly wage. why should I have to pay them too. also charged me to use a extra hose. seems funny they have pumped us before in using the same spot and never used a second hose. will never use them again. BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES

First, let me say that the phone experience with Jennifer was extraordinary. We were in a crisis situation with a back up in our basement. Jennifer was able to get someone at our house within a few hours to pump our septic tank. While they were pumping, Jack took a long rod and began probing the lateral fields,and determined that only a third of our system was being used. Arranged for an inspection excavation, to determine the problem. Upon excavation, he found the problem, and to our amazement, was able to fix the problem that day. I called Zaring for my 88-year-old mother who’s septic system started to overflow. Zaring sent out a crew on two occasions. They were polite and professional, and explained to me that the septic system my mom had was over 50 years old had collapsed on itself, and basically had stopped working; it was just a matter of time till it started backing up. Our septic tank lid caved in due to a crack and rain so Zaring gave us the option of either getting the lid replaced or a new tank for just a minimal amount more. We went with the new tank and once it quit raining they were here and completed within a day and a half. We were not at anytime out of the use of water, toilets, etc. Apparently there was a 20 minute window we were down but it was non disruptive to our day. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, informative and extremely polite. I would highly recommend Zaring for your septic needs. Thank you Zaring for taking the stress out of this job
