Mike and the team at Elevation 92 just wrapped up a large home renovation for me. The renovation involved all new flooring throughout the entire house, all new paint, a redesigned fireplace, redesigned stairway, a down to the studs kitchen remodel (which included a La Cantina pass through window to the backyard), removal of one wall, and a powder room remodel. We remodeled this house from out of town, so that added an extra level of complication.
We were really happy with Mike and his team. He referred us to a designer, that we loved. He sourced and managed almost all of the trades that came through

I never thought I would say this about a remodeling project, but it truly was a pleasure to work with Mike at Elevation 92, as he converted our garage into an ADU studio. He was professional and responsive and has an attention to detail. He patiently answered my numerous questions and provided good guidance in making decisions. When he gave us the quote, he told he was "pretty good" at his estimates . . . and our total project came in literally within $100 of what he had outlined. Quite amazing!

Mike, his team, and his subcontractors did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel and office conversion. The quality of work was very high and when any minor issues were discovered they were corrected quickly and without complaint. Absolutely no "run around" or over-promising. It's been about a year since we had the work done and we couldn't be more pleased.

As a professional Interior Designer, it was a pleasure working with Mike New and his team on my project in Carlsbad. From his clearly written initial proposal to his attention to detail, I was very impressed overall. Mike has a professional team of contractors he hires and always checked up on the project at critical turning points. He has a very calming and pleasant personality, which is crucial when working with high end clients who naturally seem to get nervous when their kitchens and bathrooms are getting demolished. Mike New and his company Elevation 92 are amazing! Mike is an incredibly talented builder, he is well-organized, and an excellent communicator. He's also the nicest guy! In under 4 months and under budget, Mike built us a 400 sq ft ADU above our garage for my in-laws. It's beautiful. I highly recommend Mike New for any building project.

Mike and Paige with Elevation 92 are awesome! We purchased a home in August and worked with Mike to get construction started ASAP after closing.
