Yes I would appreciate a call back from your dealership. After I spent 70k on the truck last year
This has been the worst experience that I even had in dealership.
At one point I was told by your staff that I should not even bring my truck in for service because they are not equipped to do oil change on 2500 ram diesel.
That after the truck has been there for almost 5 hours.

Bob was friendly; however, the service team said they tested the screen (radio, Nav, etc) and it worked adequately.
It did not.
I tested it after I left the dealership and within 5 minutes was not working.
Did the mechanic test it sufficiently? I think not.
I went back to the shop. Now I have to bring it back again. This next appointment will be the 3rd attempt to get it fixed.

I was so thankful that they were able to get me in the same day I called. I had tried the dealer I bought my van from and they had a wait time of two weeks. Bob was kind and helpful. He kept me updated on the progress and even helped me push my stroller back to my car. The only complaint I had was that it took almost 3 hours in the waiting room. Thankfully they had snacks and a little coloring table for the kids.

Long shot but I tried & the outcome was Great ! Leased a New Ram from a different (Chrysler, dodge jeep ram, wont mention name Bc I know Covid caused problems in retaining good employees and understand how keeping the best customer service can change due to current epidemic but……. I was having so many problems with getting all the electrical issues resolved including the ram not starting unless the key fob was touching the push start button. Months of run around , finally I asked for my salesman and when told he transferred I reached out and the gentlemen ALLI ALI (sorry if misspelled) told
