Had the vehicles outside the door ready for me to test when I arrived. Pedro even let me know the new vehicles were getting delivered later that day to meet the features I was missing. in the ES and Cross.
We negotiated with the manager, but we got down to a reasonable price for the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SE.
This was a WAY better experience than when I bought my first used vehicle at KIA of Bedford.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I bought a 2005 Mitsubushi Galant Test Drive was fine. Ask the dealer if there were any major issues and if they fixed something. I was told no issues. So I purchased the car 2 days later got a engine light on got it checked it was catalytic issue. I went to the dealer to have it fixed they told me it's not our problem anymore.

I would not buy any cars from them. What ever car they have they have done little fix on them once you buy it, it's now your problem.

I am so satisfied with the staff at Mitsubishi Bedford. They were so kind to me, made sure I had water when I was thirsty and helped me get into my first brand new vehicle. I would recommend them 10 out of 10. If you are thinking about going, what are you waiting for get there. Best dealership experience!!

My issues weren't addressed. I asked about acceleration lagging, fuel indicator failure (display reading wrong information) and an oil change. The issues continue my car was at 38000 some odd miles the screen now indicates that I need an oil change at 29000 miles??? I was told the breaks were bad so I got the breaks done front and back. I was not told beforehand they didn't have the tools to complete the job. I get home and the front breaks are grinding. I was charged 1200+ dollars an nothing has been done. All this and they had my car for a week!!! No updates had to call a forever ringing phone

Mitsubishi Auto on broadway and beford. Has really been good to me. I had problems with my brakes. They got me in ASAP. This was my fist time getting a car on my on. I had low hope that I wasn't getting one because of my credit etc. James was very helpful finding a bank that would give me a chance. Luke in the service department was amazing!! I definitely recommend getting a car from them!! Awesome customer service and a big car selection.

Tire went completely flat over night on my suv. But thanks to Auto World Service Department 🌎 I was in shop and back rolling within 45mins. Just made a 4 hour round trip to Autoworld to purchase an F150. When I arrived, Jimi B immediately started apologizing because they had "just noticed" some damage to the truck. We walked out to take a look and there were two spots on the roof, both more than 8" in diameter where something had hit the truck...not something that could have possibly been missed. When I started looking closer at the roof, it was obvious that damage had been poorly painted previously...tape marks, pitting, etc.

To date I have tried to contact the dealership (anybody at this dealership) with thirteen texts, seven e mails, two in person visits and five phone calls. We purchased a 40,000 car from these crooks! I also purchased the 4000 extended warranty! 4 days after getting the car the check engine light came on. We addressed it with the dealership and they said they'd pay for the repair as it wasn't 30 days since we purchased the car. They didn't want us to submit a claim to the warranty because it makes them look like they sell lemons!! Now that my car is fixed and In the shop they won't pick up my calls. I bought a newer car from here, so far I haven't noticed anything wrong with the car. They were kinda pushy with getting me to buy the car, they started paper work without suggesting I take it to my mechanic. My sales man was Chris ratka and while he was very friendly and helpful, the only thing I didn't like was he forced me to give him a positive review right on the spot. My insurance said something to me about having multiple minor accidents on the car when the car fax they showed me only showed one. I saw something about them faking car fax reports, I wonder how true that is now.

Can't Trust a Used Car Lot! This place is not exception. We found a vehicle that we liked online and proceeded to call and discuss it with a salesman. Our First sales rep was Ron. Don't ever buy car from this dealer. The name of the seller are Tricia and Michel . When i buy the car from them they told me it will send out within a week but it took them three weeks to ship out the car. When i received the car it was damage all over . i have paid almost 40k for this car . I call the dealer many time including the seller and got no respond . After the incident i did a little home work and found out that they have very bad reviewed on yelp. Buyers Beware! Wasted hours looking at a car for our daughter at this establishment. The vehicle was in pristine condition from what we could see. The dealers assured us it had a complete 12-Point inspection and was safe and ready to go. Thankfully I had checked previous reviews (NOT good) and took the vehicle to where we have all five of our cars serviced for inspection. So thankful we did! Over $3,000.00 worth of service needed to make vehicle safe including tires, brakes, fluids, battery, wheel bearings, etc. All this despite dealer assurance of a safe and ready vehicle. BEWARE. I've bought about 30 cars, and 10 of them online sight unseen, and I've never had such a bad experience. Definitely hit the reverse of a jackpot by finding this place. It took 3 months for my BMW to arrive with 10k worth of cosmetic damage or missing parts (inside and out), mismatched wheels, 4 year old tires, and many electronics dysfunctional. It's almost laughable how bad an experience dealing with these people is. Fortunately I have 3 other vehicles so this doesn't affect me greatly. I've filed Better Business Bureau complaint and will be in court to collect

I saw the professional pictures of Auto Worlds Lexus LS and thought it looked amazing. I was assured the cars go through a complete inspection, so I bought it and paid $1400 to have it hauled home. The car arrived and looked good and then I drove it.
1. The front wheel bearings were grinding so badly that it was pulling the car to the right and was dangerous to drive.
2. The heater and AC didn't work
3. The Nav didn't work
4. The power tilt wheel didn't work
5. The power mirror control didn't work
6. The brake rotors were warped
