I usually don’t like sales people but buying a vehicle from Carena Motors was a great experience. Pressure free and very accommodating. I originally wanted a Jeep Cherokee they had but someone else bought it the night before. Nicole genuinely felt bad and I ended up getting an Infiniti JX35 For about the same price. She worked hard to get me financed and even stayed late so I could take it home that night. I couldn’t be happier and we will definitely buy from them again. I highly recommend carena motors.

My husband and I drove from Pittsburgh, PA to Twinsburg, OH this past weekend to look at a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan that we found listed on Facebook Marketplace. We had a really fantastic experience with this company. We found the car online (as we live in another state) and the team was willing to work with us in many different ways to make the sale as easy as possible. They allowed my uncle to test drive the car and be present for the automotive inspection and they even spoke with us after regular service hours, answering all the questions we had. They made sure someone was available when we flew in to sign the paperwork and take the car home right around Thanksgiving. This was hands down the best and easiest car buying experience!

I have been looking for a Ford Edge since summer. While looking online found one that had everything I was looking for at carena. My wife and I drove from Youngstown to check out the vehicle. I don't know Why my last honest review was removed it must be because they have a paid subscription. I bought a used truck about a month ago on a Friday afternoon on Monday morning I called the dealership to tell them that the check engine light was on and I was told that I should know that the warranty only covered the engine and transmission. I ended up taking the truck to my auto mechanic who diagnosed that it had a bad catalytic converter a bad battery and the radio was intermittently working and it needed a heater switch too.
