Fran and Noah were also very helpful in directing me to the right people and making sure I'm happy with the service.

What a great experience from start to finish purchasing a new Nissan with Nissan of Streetsboro. I traveled extra miles just to work with them. The staff was great we drove from canton Ohio to test a vehicle out we ended up not liking the car but Josh and the rest of the staff asked a few questions and checked their inventory and found us the car that fit our budget and family size. All the paperwork was done in a timely manner they even gave our kids hot chocolate. I’m satisfied with our purchase and have found our new home for car buying. Thanks again from my family.

From the start Noah was very nice and easy to get along with it was more like talking to a friend than a cars salesman. That being said the overall buying experience was honestly less than what I expected. This can be contributed to Noah being new and them also being busy. I sent 5+ hours in the dealer 3 of which waiting for papers to be drawn up. I wasn't told that there wasn't two keys from the start until after the deal was underway. They left my plate on my old car and luckily I remember and went back and grabbed it. I think these situations are just things that new sales people will learn
