My mother-in-law's home had developed a leak from packed snow and ice melt. I called Pinnacle Roofing for a repair estimate. Pinnacle's representative met with me and my mother-in-law at the day and time agreed to. The representative examined the roof, and then explained exactly what the problem was. The work was completed timely, and at a very reasonable cost. We are completely satisfied with Pinnacle Roofing and gladly would refer them to others.

Brad and the Pinnacle roof team are, hands down, the most professional contractors I have worked with. Everyone was 100% on the ball for the duration of the project: communication was great, the work showed real craftsmanship, and everything was on-time and on-budget. Our project had more than a few "interesting" aspects to it, and it took us quite a while to even find someone willing to tackle it. Brad, Chris, Mike and the rest of the guys knocked it out of the park for us. GREAT TEAM TO WORK WITH!

Pinnacle Roofing is a pleasure to do business with. The owner, Brad, is hand's on, professional, highly skilled, and has integrity. Fortunately, or unfortunately (depending on how you look at it), my roof/siding (Mansard style house) was not damaged in the storm that allowed most of my neighbors to get new roofs through their insurance last year. Brad spent effort documenting and making sure that there really wasn't a claim.
This year, a side of the Mansard roof started leaking into the soffits. Pinnacle Roofing fixed the leak and redid that section of the roof. The crew that did the work did

All of the personnel at Pinnacle are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond in customer service. They take care of every detail. They want you to be happy with the work they do. I had pretty severe hail damage to my home. They took care of the roof, siding, windows, doors, and more. It's like I have a brand new home!
Brad Cory is the owner and a man of integrity. He and the staff are very good at communicating every step, schedules, and events that lead to getting the projects completed. They answered my questions and concerns and put me at ease. I recommend them to anyone in the area

We got a beautiful new roof which stood up to hail just days after installation. We were devastated to think our new roof would be compromised from the get-go, but upon inspection, it withstood all potential damage. How fortunate that we picked the professionals who provided the kind of roof needed in Omaha. Dr. Cory was very tenacious with our insurance company, and insisted we receive new gutters and downspouts, to our delight. Pinnacle Roofing is the best choice for a new roof.

We recently had our roof, which was re-roofed by Pinnacle Roofing after being damaged in a hailstorm, inspected by someone who spends a lot of time on roofs checking for spaces where bats could get in. His written comment was: “Whoever put the new roof on your house did an excellent job. And I’ve seen a lot.” We can add that the workers were friendly and did a good clean-up.
