We offer several different types of commercial roofing restoration options including Single-Ply Membrane, Fabric Reinforced Roofing Systems, Metal Roof Coating Systems, and our exclusive Liquid Rubber Membrane technology.
After thoroughly examining your existing roof, we first use industrial-strength cleaning agents on the surface of your roof and give it a power wash to prepare the surface prior to application. We then place a cover board over the roof's surface and mechanically fasten insulation and the single-ply material to the cover board and your deck.
Our fabric-reinforced coating system involves multiple layers of liquid roof coatings that have an embedded high-tensile-strength fabric known as Spunflex. We first prepare the surface of your roof with a powerful cleaner and a high-pressure wash before applying a priming coat and then the first layer of the base coat.
Depending on the roof surface we start by pressure cleaning your roof and removing any debris that could hinder restoration. Then we do general substrate repairs to prepare the surface. This includes sealing seams, protrutions, and the roof perimeter using a brush grade rubber. Lastly, a member of our crew will spray the liquid rubber membrane material while another will measure thickness to ensure proper coverage.

I called Armour because of a leak I had in the roof of my office building. They were a joy to work with from the first interaction. After the first phone call, I really hoped their work was as good as their people skills on the phone haha.
I was not disappointed when they walked me through a solution for my commercial roof that was significantly more affordable than quotes from competitors. They applied a warranted coating and I'm super pleased with the results 1 year later. We've experienced lower utility bills in the Nebraska summer and winter.
