I am so impressed with Brad, Ed and their team! They came out to our office on two occasions, both right away when I called. They took pictures to show me the problem we had on the roofs of our three buildings. (Raccoon damage the first time and I thought hail damage the second). Thankfully, they were able to come back over the weekend and repair all the damage from the raccoons to prevent interrupting business. Our home had extensive damage due to hail. Frank Sutton of Hawkins was in-charge of contacts with our insurance company, lining up roof and gutter replacement, and front porch repair. Work is now completed and we are very pleased homeowners. Everyone who worked on our home was caring, careful, and a hard worker. For example, roofers were at our home site daily from about 7:30am to 9pm! All work was done in timely manner and of high quality. Frank responded to all questions quickly. We found him knowledgeable and very professional. Frank represented Hawkins in a top-notch way. We highly recommend

Our salesman, Warren, did an absolutely great job in dealing with the insurance company to make sure we were paid for everything we had coming. Second, he was in charge of all the workers to make sure the job done correctly. He came by after it was done, to make sure we were happy.

Hawkins Roofing did an excellent job on my roof and surpassed my expectations. They are extremely knowledgeable and unlike some contractors I have used in the past on time for appointments. They did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and how to coordinate with my insurance. I would use them again and gladly recommend them to family and friends.

Hawkins Roofing pulled through for us when we really needed them. Hail had suddenly damaged the roof of our mother’s home keeping us from having it listed. Brad and the crew stepped in and did a beautiful job installing our new shake shingle roof...and in a very timely manner. Also, the inside repair work was done well, and price was reasonable. House will be on the mls next week. :)

We had an emergency leak due to storms this week and Hawkins Roofing was quick to respond and send someone out late the same day to help resolve the problem. Warren showed up and quickly resolved - very professional and prompt. He advised he would be there at 6 pm and showed up exactly at 6pm. I will certainly call Hawkins again!!

We needed a new weather boot and few cracked shingles fixed. Ed came day after I called and did a great job. We have several other roofing companies that all tried to talk us into replacing a roof that still had at least 2 years of life left in it. We can't afford a new roof just yet. Ed wasn't pushy at all and helped out tremendously. I will call then for any roofing work. I highly recommend this company.

Quick service and great to work with! About 6 years ago we had our roof replaced by some other company and were upset to find that the shingles were falling apart already. We called Hawkins Roofing and they showed up quickly to provide an estimate. We had a new roof installed within a few days!! Thanks!
