Services
We partner with Rampart Engineering to provide full MEP services as well as Construction Administration. We value continuing education as a core component of staying on top of the latest changes in building science as well as staying in compliance with local and national laws and policies. We build and renovate homes and commercial properties in compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Energy Star for Homes program.
M+P Construction has flipped more than 100 houses in the Louisville area in the last 5 years alone. We provide complete construction administration for clients with large portfolios including producing project scopes, specifications and complete project management. We do most of our work in house with our own team of renovation professionals and with a small group of sub contractors that we have long established relationships with.

Ill give him one star because Im forced to. These kids bid these jobs for you dirt cheap. You have not given them a dime. They have been driving 40 mile round trips, working 12 hour days and even asked you for gas money because they are just getting off the ground. You have left them sitting 5 hours on Sunday with NO COMMUNICATION saying you were coming to meet them. In fact you have told them several times you would meet them and just ignored them and left them hanging. Now you add things to be completed that were not agreed upon and it is all in text, saying they broke drains and refusing
