Seven Seas Construction created in 2007 is built upon over 100 years of experience of its founder and several key employees. Soran Walker-President, along with several field supervisors and office personnel have all worked together previously for other firms. Most of these key employees also have experience as owners, operating individual companies in the past.
With the initial focus mainly in the residential market, expansion into the commercial and government agency market came quickly. From MSE walls, sanitary sewers, to culverts, bridge repair and extensive decorative streetscape projects; Seven Seas Construction has established itself as a reliable and experienced contractor.
Operating locally in the Louisville/Southern Indiana market, as a DBE, and MBE with KYTC and INDOT, Seven Seas Construction is also a certified MBE with Louisville Metro, MSD, and TSMSDC. On some recent larger projects Seven Seas Construction operated as a subcontractor. The bulk of these projects are for government agencies including; Louisville Metro, MSD, KYTC, U of L, and Louisville Water Co.

Terrible they were supposed to be finished with our properties where construction started April 5, 2020 and were supposed to be finished by July 5, 2020. 3 months later they are outside getting paid sitting in their trucks. I had to pay another month of storage and our private driveway doesn’t look like it will be completed anytime soon. The city of Lexington Is awful as well they don’t return calls.

They are sensitive to neighborhood residences while doing work for New Albany, Indiana street dept. After using hammer drill on backhoe, they realigned a retaining wall at corner of my residence that had moved due to their construction work. Their supervisor (G-Dog) immediately addressed the situation after I showed him the resulting movement and they put it back as good as new! New Albany, Indiana
