They have horrible management!! Rodger is one of the worst people to work with! He discriminates against races that are not white, he talks unprofessionally to workers, he shows up 3-4 hours late, he takes an hour to an hour and a half lunch breaks after showing up hours late to the job, he doesn't inform workers of the allotted time for lunch and will make that a reason to have you fired if you aren't his color, he complains about the company, the workers and the company benefits but they keep him as a trusted leader for their company and will fire anyone based solely on his word without

Mike Hayes and his team did the restoration project on my home after a dishwasher malfunctioned while we were on vacation. He restored the kitchen and the two rooms below it. He and his team were very professional. I trusted them and felt comfortable with them in my home. They did a very good job. I highly recommend Hayes Contracting.
