I was helping a friend with get some repairs done around the house and volunteered to drive a cargo van to the Home Depot in El Cerrito. There I am with a cart full of supplies, lumber, and tools when I realized I didn't have the keys. Any time Locsmith are true professionals, their reviews really prove themselves, we had a project of high security Wi-Fi locks installed in our new property in Mill Valley, we wanted to create a smart home that works from the smart phone while having high security locks, they did a great job were able to upgrade all the security and and adjust all existing doors to be be updated To modern Installtion dimensions. Never ever call them! I was desperate for new keys as I have a hostile employee who had a huge fight with another employee. I googled them and the worst decision I have made in my life. The guy charged me $769.00 for four new keys and to change the locks on our two doors leading to our office. This is like three times what I paid last time

Eli was great! He responded promptly to my call and got to my house within a couple hours of my call. He fixed an older lock that was no longer functioning properly and did so quickly. He was very informative and helped me understand what he was doing and even how to fix the issue myself if it comes up again. Highly recommend.

Eli was a huge help after losing my house key on a walk and getting locked out of my house. This happened on a busy Sunday for them, and he offered to come out himself since his technicians were busy. After sending him some info he requested about the lock, he pointed out that the type of deadbolt I have is custom and may need to be drilled through and replaced. He asked about any other access options for the house since he didn't want to damage the lock if he didn't have to.
Since there weren't other options, I ended up deciding to retrace my steps from my long walk before asking

The latch to my front door wasn't catching so I called Eli based on the many positive Yelp reviews seen here. He was very responsive to me via phone and text. Sent him photos ahead of time for him to assess and he gave me an estimate. He fixed the issue without the need for new hardware, and also fixed a minor issue with the deadbolt which was starting to have problems.
I would refer this business to anyone locally who needs a locksmith and would hire them again if I need help with any locks in the future.

Eli was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He was a huge blessing, I needed to have 4 locks changed to fit an already existing Marvin door lock that didn’t fit traditional pin sizes so he went above and beyond for me and had to custom cut the pins to fit the right size and didn’t even charge me for the extra work. He also did great work with my old vintage lock, so I won’t need to replace it. I will definitely be contacting him again in the future if I need a locksmith again. Thanks Eli 😁
