Just know that the technician is very nice and they are responsive, but they will charge you the very upper most part of the range they give you. It was $159+ to unlock an interior door. They offered to send the invoice to explain. So $19 + whatever work the technician believes necessary so an not to damage the door etc. This was a standard interior door lock. So disappointed.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. This review is for the second (and last) time I used this company. I called in the evening after my purse was stolen and needed a new car key to get home, stranded at an Oakland gas station. They were quick to respond and arrived within 20 minutes. Not only was the man incredibly rushed and rude, he completely ripped me off. I had used this company before with no issues. This time they charged me DOUBLE for a key fab that doesn't even work as a remote. It's a basic key that constantly sticks so I'm stuck trying to open my car door for 5 minutes every time I

My key shattered in my pocket and I called them to see if I could have a technician come out and fix my key. I spoke with a lady (who apparently was the manager), I gave her my information and she proceeded to tell me that she didn't have my information on file. Prompt, friendly service.
The front door latch's mechanism was failing and as a result, locked us out of the house.
We had no cell phone, no keys. After using a neighbors phone we made some calls to local Vallejo locksmiths which did not work out (either didn't answer the phone or the connection was bad so they couldn't hear us). So the next call was to Locksmith East Bay who actually answered the phone and got a person to the house within 30 minutes and this was all the way from El Cerrito during late afternoon commute hours!

I don't normally write reviews but these guys deserve it. Definitely a 5-star experience from beginning to end. Quick response to when I initially requested a quote to getting something booked for a locksmith, these guys made sure to provide an amazing experience and process. John came out to my place and diagnosed an issue with my lock and was able to replace it rather quickly.
But the fun part: I asked for a different brand just because I'm very nit picky. I spoke to Ben and John about it and they were happy to replace it with a brand I was happy with, no fuss about it at all.
