Excellent service! He responded within minutes of reaching out to him and came over to change our lock in less than an hour. He wore a mask and was super fast. He even recommend ways on making our door more secure. Will definitely recommend and call when we need more locks changed. Better price than I was quoted from other locksmiths.

I recently moved into a new home and needed the locks re-keyed. Nathan arrived promptly and worked quickly. He made suggestions for improvements like adding a deadbolt to the front door and re-keying the locks so fewer keys would be needed (originally there were three keys and he was able to re-key the locks so I would only need two keys. I know it doesn't sound like much, but reducing any amount of the keys I have on my key ring is wonderful).
He was also great about wearing a mask the entire time.

I locked myself out of my apartment, and called Nathan for help. He said he would be there in twenty minutes, but actually only took fifteen, and by the time twenty minutes was up he had gotten me back into my apartment. He made it look easy, and was also very friendly and nice. Absolute lifesaver. Highly recommended!

My friend locked his keys inside his restaurant. We were locked out outside. Our other friend owns the commercial building, so no sweat right? However, the lady in charge of the building wasn't sure if they had keys to his restaurant. Well, I started looking for the locksmith option. Eco answered right away even though it was after hours on a Sunday. He was there with in 45 minutes and got the job done. Thank you.

Was super impressed with the quality of the work and the speed! I called another locksmith the same day and wound up arguing with them about what I actually needed, which wasn't that complicated - I was just locked out of our garage! I explained this to Nathan and he quickly understood what was needed. He assessed the situation on arrival and let me know what he was doing before he started, and had the door open in no time at all. I also really appreciated that he made sure that I knew how to get the door back on the track correctly before he took off. Very kind and very professional. I don't know
