Excellent service. I emailed a service request and the technician was there the next day. Very knowledgeable. He identified a long standing issue of zoning between two floors. We have five powered dampers and one of the dampers was assigned to the wrong floor. I will definitely use this company again. Plus the technician allowed me to follow what he was doing in the attic and did a great job of explaining everything.

Chris was our sales advisor and project manager and he also worked on the job as well. We had some balancing and needing to address a whining noise in the system and they did everything possible to address the situation.

The roofer claimed it was an a/c problem, so Cool Care came out on three separate occasions at no charge to check what the roofer claimed was the problem. It was finally determined to be a flue vent - a roofing problem. I am beyond being just a satisfied

Great Service from the beginning to the end. Claire in the office was friendly and polite, very helpful. Chris and Marco did an excellent job. They added a duct run in my bedroom, kept a clean, neat and tidy workspace. When adding the duct they noticed an issue that I was not aware of and saved my ceiling from being flooded. What most companies overlooked, they noticed and were able to fix the issue before something drastic could have taken place. Great AC/Heating Service company. Won't be using anyone else. Highly recommend!!!

I'm really disappointed with Cool Care. I used them for maintenance on my 3 A/C units, and they had me do a prepaid spring and fall maintenance package. I ended up replacing all my units this fall (they were all really old), and thus no longer needed the maintenance from them. However they refused to give me a partial refund for the unused maintenance. Probably written in their fine print -- however, I feel like the ethical thing to do would be to refund me. I'm surprised as I thought they cared more about their customers. Would not recommend this company.

Chris was very honest during his first visit and have us a no-hype quote. During the installation day, Chris and his team were very professional and did an excellent job both inside the house and in the attic. The job was very professionally done. Chris is your guy for if you need a perfectionist to do your job. He does a good job perfectly and would refuse to do a cheap fix that will cost you more in the long run.

They always do a great job, are friendly and really quick to respond and repair. I like that Chris and his crew really evaluate the situation and give me choices and treat my home like their own. Mike did a great evaluation and recommendation. He also got my unit up and running yesterday until it could be replaced today. Cool Care has serviced, replaced parts and checked our HVAC unit for a few years now and I can say they have provided professional and timely service everytime we have an issue. Bobby came out and without me saying anything, he quickly discovered not only the real problem but the work the other two companies did that wasn't needed.

This is the second time I used the company and its a plus that they are in the area. Call them on a Sunday morning and they were able to come out in the afternoon. Nicole is always available to answer your call (the business is 24/7 which is a huge plus because its a fact that AC units break on weekend nights).
Bob came out and he was very nice and professional. He explain to me the problem and offered all the options I can choose to get the AC fixed. Turns out my compressor died and he was able to come back the next day with a new one to replace it. He also warned

Got home from work and realized within a half-hour or so that something was wrong with the A/C. Asked a neighbor for a recommendation and got Chris' number. Then checked NextDoor and realized it was the same company. They are in the area (a huge plus) and the senior tech, Roger, was simply amazing. Told him he definitely did his good deed for the day.
