Had to take my boyfriends car in after being towed for an accident. Although we ended up not getting work done here (he is from out of state and it was just better for him to get it fixed at home), this place was wonderful to work with. All the staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I would trust them to take equally as good care to my car and now I know of a place if needed in the future!

Wow - they are the best!!!!!!!! So accommodating and educational. My car was making an odd noise, and I needed it to be fixed quickly. Not only did they fit me in the same day, BUT they gave me a great lesson on cars and a great deal. I guess I had run out of oil in my car - the folks at Ralph & Sons taught me how to check my oil myself and explained why my car was using more oil than it should be (obviously it was all over my head). It was clearly a loving, family-run business, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

It's a welcome change to walk into a car shop and actually trust who you're working with. Ralph & Sons is a family joint run by Pete and his family, and they're extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My partner's sister has brought the family car here multiple occasions and always remarked on how much the folks here genuinely seem to be looking out for her best interest - including even recommending other shops when it's a piece of work that they'd be outsourcing anyway. I appreciate the family vibe here, and will be back if anything happens to our car again.
