I just called on Comfort Control again for help with my unit. My service was scheduled on the same morning I called. I received two calls from the office (one to let me know they received my message, and one to let me know they had dispatched a technician). When the technician Adam arrived, he was friendly, efficient and helpful. He provided me with useful instruction re how to care for my system to prevent the problem from reoccurring. He was patient with my questions. Really appreciate Comfort Control.

In August of 2016, Comfort Control completely replaced our 3 HVAC systems. They installed a Daikin heat pump system with an LP backup when the temperature dropped down to a specified temperature. We constantly had issue with one of the systems when the weather got cold and we had them them out multiple times but they never could resolve the problem. Then they became non-responsive to our requests and we used other companies to handle our maintenance requests. When the weather got cold a few weeks ago, the unit in question stopped working. the AC company we've been using informed us that the unit

Needed a new AC unit back in May and they were out the next day to install unit. Josh was very easily to get along with and they were in and out quickly. Price was very reasonable too. This week we noticed some issues with our heater unit ,simple tape fixes after turning it on for the first time. We calls Josh on a Friday afternoon and he had someone at our house within 3 hours. If that's not customer service I don't know what is. Definitely check these guys out!!
