We were contracted to do the Lanscaping on a Wendy’s in North Kansas City. The project was a disaster all around. Wendy’s ended up bringing in another contractor to finish the project. We did complete the landscaping plus a couple of change orders. We were paid our first draw and then silence. We have reached out to the contractor that finished the project. They stated they were contracted to provide supervision only from the owner. Jayger was responsible for all administration and payments. We have called the project manager and owner numerous times with no response. We have went by their

Horrible company in all aspects. We were a sub-contractor on a Menard's project and Jayger stopped paying us, as well as other subs. We had to file a lien and ended up settling with Menards directly for a portion, and are still trying to recover the remaining amount - over $40,000. We went months without payment and Brian Harris ignored every attempt at communication. We had to return early from a business engagement overseas and physically drive to Lenexa, KS, in order to try and get answers.

Terrible company in all aspects, I am a subcontractor that did a small remodel for jayger. The management was by far the worst I have seen in my 15 years I’m construction. The owner Brian Harris was anything but professional he was either strung out on drugs or an acaholic. I had to file a Lein to get paid all the while have to listen to him yell and threaten me and my employee’s. The project was like 6 month behind schedule. He demanded that we mud and tape and paint when it was January and about 4 degrees outside and the building had no windows. It was clear to me then how little he knew
