I am writing this for my father since his eyesight is not great and he has trouble typing.
* I would never recommend this company to anyone. My insurance recommended them after our house caught fire. They seemed great upon first meeting. After that it became a nightmare. They subcontract to the cheapest help they can find. They don’t use licensed professionals. The house is not level at all. The floors had to be ripped up and redone three times. The driveway poured twice, the sidewalk three times. You can see through the gap in the doors when they are closed. The windows are out of plumb. There

If I were to go back and do it over again I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! In my opinion, this was some of the worst work I have ever seen. We had water damage from a toilet that went from our upstairs down to our main floor. We hired out ZIPCO to do the repairs. Initially, it was great from the salesman that came out. He seemed knowledgeable, personable and somebody that you would like to do business with. Once he handed us off to the project manager it all went downhill. We realized that our basement had flooded (failed sump pump) at some point the previous week. Awful smell and wet carpet all across our finished basement. We called after hours on a Friday. A team was on-site within about 45 minutes. Walked and talked us through the entire process, ripped up the wasted pad and hauled all the toys and furniture up the stairs. They had all the equipment ready and installed in about an hour. Came back after a few days and hauled away the fans, sprayed for lingering smell and helped move everything back in place. Their full-service offering will allow us to use one

After an initial rough start, these guys came in and made our home even better than we could have imagined. Thanks to Brett Clem and his magical powers of getting things done beautifully, and right.
